How is the process structured?
- If you are interested in coaching, feel free to contact Alexandra Franzke (link) and briefly explain your concerns.
- Subsequently, we will arrange a date with you for coaching or an initial consultation, should you wish to clarify or specify your concerns before coaching.
- Together with you, we will make an individual agreement regarding the goals and conditions of the coaching or multiple coaching sessions.
- You have the opportunity to take advantage of several coaching sessions. The intervals between the individual sessions are determined by you according to your needs.
- The coaching itself is structured, solution-oriented, and methodically guided. Connections are made visible, and options for action are opened.
- Your concerns and the coaching sessions will be treated strictly confidentially.
Who is the coach?
Dr. Alexandra Franzke is a systemic coach and change manager (recognized by DBVC). She has a recognized scientific background and over 10 years of consulting and coaching experience with scientists from various disciplines.
She studied biology at the Universities of Göttingen and Jena, and completed her doctorate in evolutionary biology at the Bielefeld University. As a postdoc, she worked in Ecuador and Bielefeld. In science management, consulting, and training for postdocs, senior researchers, and junior professors, she has over 10 years of experience at the universities of Freiburg, Dortmund, and Hamburg.
