"I'm working in climate adaptation. After graduation I went back to Peru to start a cooperation mission with the German Cooperation, we co-desgined adaptation measures to climate-related impacts with the local communities! Now, I'm part of the Adaptation team at the General Directorate of Climate Change and Desertification. My contribution here lays on including science for decision making, we do this by generating climate risk scenarios for the National Adaptation Plan and the NDCs. I'm also the one in charge of international negotiations in regard to climate adaptation."
