Primary research interest
I am interested in the intersection of Earth system sciences, climate resilience, and sustainable resource management. My focus lies in climate change mitigation strategies, especially in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) and environmental impact assessments. I am also passionate about integrating geospatial technologies and data-driven approaches to address climate-related challenges.
Reason to opt for the ICSS/SICSS
Growing up in Kerala, India—a region prone to floods, droughts, and landslides—shaped my understanding of climate vulnerability. My academic and professional background in Geosciences, combined with hands-on experience in mineral exploration, petroleum geoscience, and carbon credit consulting, motivated me to explore climate science through an interdisciplinary lens. ICSS's integration of climate physics, geochemistry, and socio-economic modeling aligns perfectly with my goal of contributing to climate resilience and international sustainability policy. I chose ICSS for its academic excellence, international collaborations, and its focus on real-world climate challenges.
