I engaged in the ICSS Masters Program after finishing my Bachelors in Geosciences in Kiel. Due to the relationship of the university of Kiel and the "Geomar Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung” I had already discovered my interest in the very broad field of climate sciences, which led me to write my bachelors thesis on oceanographic modeling. When I then found out that such an interesting Masters Programm is being offered close to my hometown in Hamburg, I decided to apply and have been studying here since then.
