Networking and Community Building
Networking activities among postdocs and senior researchers will continue to foster peer-level exchange. Peer tandems will be initiated to strengthen collegial interaction, providing peers with the opportunity to give feedback and offer advice.

In contrast to doctoral candidates, postdocs (R2) and senior researchers (R3) constitute a more heterogeneous status group among scientists. An important goal is therefore to foster community building within this group through exchange and networking events within ESRAH and CLICCS.
