SICSS Career Talks, Summer Party and our Graduates

Last week we took advantage of the sunny weather and had our SICSS Career Talks and a great late summer party on our terrace!

We listened to inspiring career journeys of our former doctoral candidates Armineh Barkhordarian and Stefanie Trümper and our former ICSS master student Leo Borchert. All three of them returned to Hamburg, still attached to academia and climate science.

It was a pleasure to honor our 2022 graduates and to celebrate together on the terrace with our master students, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral members, some lecturers and guests! Thanks also to the doctoral speakers Lea Schröder, Vito Avakumovic and Leam Martes who provided the music for us!
