3: Career Development Review Talks

We recommend having a career development review talk with your PI at least once a year to discuss goals and progress. Topics to be covered should include:

1. Self-assessment of the current scientific profile

2. Field of academic career

3. Career options and goal

4. Development and working plan

5. Support by PI and others
