4: Networking

Networking activities among postdocs and senior researchers will continue to foster peer-level exchanges. Peer tandems will be initiated to strengthen collegial interaction, providing peers with the opportunity to give feedback and offer advice.

In contrast to doctoral candidates, postdocs (R2) and senior researchers (R3) constitute a more heterogeneous status group among scientists. An important goal is to foster community building in this group through exchange and network events in CEN and CLICCS.
